Third-Party Products
All products sold on our website are sourced from third-party suppliers. While we strive to ensure accurate descriptions and quality, Lily’s Feed is not the manufacturer and cannot guarantee the accuracy of product labels, nutritional claims, or outcomes.
You are responsible for reading and following any instructions or warnings provided on product packaging or by the manufacturer.

Orders and Payments

  • Orders must be placed through our official website.
  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept Mastercard and Visa through PayPal, and Stripe.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is successful.

Shipping and Delivery (Victoria Only)

  • We currently only deliver within the state of Victoria, Australia.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability but generally range between 2–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery address and order weight or size.
  • Once dispatched, deliveries are managed by our courier partners. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays outside our control.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of animal feed, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we will provide a refund, replacement, or store credit if:

  • You receive the incorrect product
  • Your item arrives damaged, spoiled, or defective
  • Your order is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe

To request a return or refund, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Product Suitability and Use
It is your responsibility to ensure that the feed you purchase is suitable for your animal’s age, breed, dietary needs, and medical conditions. We do not offer veterinary advice.
If you are unsure about the suitability of a product, please consult your veterinarian or an animal nutritionist before use.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Australian law, Lily’s Feed is not liable for:

  • Misuse of products
  • Adverse animal reactions
  • Delivery delays caused by third parties
  • Loss or damage resulting from reliance on incorrect product use

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product fails to meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair as appropriate.
